Weekly Positive-Tea :
Where we set up a safe, comfortable space for anyone to air their feelings or support each other, while warming their heart with some relaxing tea. Open discussions, around some delicious cookies, where every member can feel comfortable and safe to express his worries and be listened to with care, be it to talk about academic pressure, anxiety, social pressure or any personal issue.
Q-A panels with mental health professionals guests:
Discussion will bring answers to commonly thought but not commonly asked questions and shall hopefully alleviate many of the fears behind seeking help.
This panel will show what are the various resources available for those struggling with mental health and help them know they’re not alone.
